If a proof is required, the production timeline begins after final proof approval. Bulk and business turnaround varies based on quantity, scope, design and special production needs. The expected timeline will be confirmed before production begins.
Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.
For the best results, upload clear, original, high-resolution photographs. Screenshots, social-media downloads, dark images, blurry photographs and heavily compressed files may affect the finished print quality. Your finished magnets will reflect the quality and resolution of the files supplied.
Our magnets are created in a 2 × 3 format, so a photograph may be cropped to fit. Choose images with space around faces, text and other important details rather than placing them close to the edges.
When a proof is provided, check names, dates, spelling, layout and other details carefully. Approval confirms that the displayed details are accepted for production. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Because every personalized magnet is made specifically for you, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Personalized products are final sale. If an order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs so we can review the issue and make it right.
Available shipping and pickup choices are shown during ordering or confirmed with your quote. Shipping transit time is separate from production time. For local pickup, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving. Pickup is by appointment or confirmed instructions only.
By submitting photographs, logos, artwork or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the order. Submitted content is used only as reasonably necessary to assess, create and fulfill the order.
